Training & Lesson Prices
I charge $1200 a month for training, and $75 an hour for lessons. If you would like ground work only, I will do 30, 60, 90 days or however long you desire. If you would like me to start your horse under saddle, and it is not yet started, I require a minimum of a 6 month contract. I am not interested in doing only 30, 60, or 90 days on a saddle started horse. If your horse has already had ground work done or has previously been ridden, that will be taken into consideration for a shorter contract time. The first payment for training will be due when your horse arrives. All subsequent payments must be payed before the next month’s training starts.
The final payment will be due one month before your horse returns back to you. The training fee includes training, board and feed. It also includes one lesson a week after the first month. It dose not include any farrier work, vaccinations, deworming or veterinary costs. You must supply any grains or supplements that you would like your horse to have. I will ensure your horse will receive them, but I will not supply them. I guarantee I will ride your horse the equivalent of 5 days a week/or 20 rides a month. Your horse must be up to date on vaccinations and deworming when they arrive. A signed liability form will be required prior to the start of training. It will also be required prior to lessons on any horse.
